So the first round of the Grand Prix is behind us. 70 children and young people had gathered at Tórsbreyt at 18:30, where Bragdið were hosts and organisers. Many thanks to Bragdið for a well-run competition.
The work the clubs have put into training over the winter and spring was easy to see. There were many good and exciting contests, and also a great many good results and personal bests. At the end of each line in the results list is a points score, awarded according to the Norwegian Tyrving tables. These can be found under “rules” on the front page.
Fortunately, the weather showed its good side. We hope it will do the same when round 2 of the Grand Prix for children and youth takes place at Svangaskarð on the evening of Wednesday 9 June at 18:00
Bragdið have lots of photos from the competition. The link to them is HERE.
