ÍSF coaching course postponed again – now on 12 and 13 November!

Machine-translated from Faroese and not yet reviewed. Read the original.

On 12 and 13 November the Faroese Confederation of Sports (ÍSF) will again hold the coaching course “Venjari 1” (Coach 1). The course has usually been led by Danes who travel up to the Faroes, but now a Faroese course leader has been trained. Heri Ziska will lead the course sessions, which have the following headings:

– Sport for children and young people.
– Sport and training
– Sports injuries – no thanks

As before, FÍF wants to support the training of coaches, and will therefore pay the 600 DKK fee for the course. We hope that more members of our clubs will take up the offer. Anyone who wishes to attend the course can call Hallur Holm on tel. 228 338.

The full course description is copied from the ÍSF website and can be seen below:

FÍF is keen to support coach education and courses. Here we are back in 2011, when Daniel Bergin and Kim Johanson were here.
