There will be an overall winner across all three Grand Prix rounds for each discipline: sprint, middle distance, throwing and jumping. Points are therefore awarded for each result, using the Norwegian Tyrving tables. The winner is the athlete with the most points in total from two meets. This of course means that to count in the overall competition, you must take part in at least two rounds.
