This weekend an officials’ course will be held at the ÍSF building in Tórshavn. Instructors from DAF will run the course. There will be 14 participants, which means 14 more Faroese people who intend to gain their athletics officials’ certificate.
Hvirlan, Treysti and Bragdið are each sending 4 representatives, while the competitions committee has two.
The course starts on Friday at 15:00 and runs until 22:00 in the evening. On Saturday morning we start again at 09:00 and finish at 17:00.
Course participants are asked to also bring warm clothes, as part of the instruction will take place at the Tórsbreyt track. Food and drink will be provided by the organisers.
We will have a report on the officials’ course next week.
