The time has now come for final registration for the World 1/2 Marathon Championships, which will be held in Copenhagen on 29 March 2014. FÍF has now received codes (login) for each individual who has already paid FÍF for their bib number.
To get hold of this code, you must send an email to Guttorm Sørensen (gutti@olivant.fo) AND Hallur Holm (hallur@nordbil.fo). In the email, you only need to write the number your name has been given on the final list of participants. https://www.athletics.fo/?p=6961>. Those responsible for two bib numbers must state that they are responsible for two numbers. They will then receive two emails, each with its own code (login). It is very important that the email address is spelt correctly, so that it reaches you.
Once you have received the code, which is actually a link to the registration, you must fill in the fields and submit. To get the T-shirt free of charge, this registration must be completed by 1 January 2013, in other words within two weeks!
We have also set up a Facebook group, where any questions will be answered. It is called HM í 1/2 marathon 2014 – FØROYINGAR. http://www.facebook.com/#!/groups/187996311338643/?fref=ts. Here we can also look forward to the upcoming trip together. This is a closed group, so those of you who have paid for your bib number should request to join the group.
Regarding a charter flight, I can tell you that we have not yet been offered a satisfactory price for the flight and that we are continuing to work on this.
