On Monday, the qualification standards for the next Island Games in Jersey in 2015 were published here on the site. But our national teams do not only travel to the Island Games. This year, as last year, the plan is for both the elite national team and the talent team to go to VU-Spelen in Gothenburg. The standards for the elite team are in most cases somewhat easier than those for the Island Games team, though in some cases they are the same.
We still have to publish the new talent standards, but they are not just around the corner…… they are on the doorstep. Below, the standards for the Island Games and for the elite group are printed in the same table.
